Bryan Smith joined Hard Truth Distilling Co. in 2015 without prior experience in spirit production, yet his background in winemaking and brewing, combined with a love for science, allowed him to adapt quickly. Today, as master distiller, he has been instrumental in creating some of Hard Truth’s top-selling spirits, including Cinnamon Vodka, Toasted Coconut Rum, and Straight Rye Whiskey.
