Wine lovers, gather around! We’re featuring wines from Copper Cane at our tasting this week, and they’re not to be missed.
- Let’s start off with the Belle Glos Las Alturas Pinot Noir, a bold and complex red with hints of black cherry and dark chocolate flavors. Vanilla and cedar oak undertones on the mid-palate further enhance the wine. The overall impression is rich with refined tannins, firm acidity, and explosive layers of ripe fruit.
- Next up, we have the BOEN Tri-County Pinot Noir, showcasing flavors of bright cherry, dried herbs, and hints of vanilla; it is supple and sumptuous to the finish.
- And for a real treat, don’t miss the BOEN Russian River Pinot Noir, boasting flavors of bright cherry, blueberry, dark chocolate, coconut, and black licorice that are complexed by hints of toast, smoked meat, and barrel spice. A medium-bodied wine with bright acidity and very fine, persistent tannins.
- Last but certainly not least, we have the Quilt Napa Valley Cabernet – a big and luscious wine with intense blackberry jam flavors and a smooth finish.
With such an amazing lineup from Copper Cane, this is definitely a tasting you won’t want to miss! Cheers!
